Pencils Excite Me Stamp by Kita-Angel Pencils Excite Me Stamp by Kita-Angel
Media: Photoshop CS3.
Time: 20 minutes.
Comments: I wrote this on a post it once. Twice actually. Or more. It's true, I walk into an art store, and start shivering with excitement, walking into Staples makes me drool and I always run to the school supply section in Wal*Mart. Sue me.
You can use this little baby
Of course, you need to be subscribed for that lol~

I walk into a Staples and see the pencil station and I
JIZZ
IN
MY PANTS.

Srsly, I love a good pencil. When I get pencils for school, I get all excited. And I hate when I get those cheap pencils. They make me want to punch kidneys.

Something's wrong with me I just know it

I run to the school supplies section in WalMart too. ._. Or at least, it's one of my stops during my rounds in that place.

And Staples is just amazing.

Oh GOD Staples is the most amazing place!

And no matter the store, as soon as there's ANYTHING remotely crafty, I stop to look. And touch. And buy.

We don't really have much around here that has to do with crafts; even my Mom has a hard time finding sewing materials. But we did notice two places that we'll probably go to soon. I'm hoping they'll have some stuff I can use, like some smaller watercolor paper sheets and some acrylic paint.

I know what you mean, I order almost everything online now, or when I go to bigger cities I go on shopping sprees. We have local art stores, and some stuff in the college store, and it's suprising what we can find in smaller stores too sometimes. But really the nicer things I order online if I can.

I bought all my prismacolors online, even a few spare colors I didn't have. But I got my 24 Prismacolor Watercolor pencils at Staples. :la:

There is NOTHING like the smell of a freshly sharpened colored pencil. NOTHING. New car, New baby, New husband... NOTHING. The wafting odor that begs to be sniffed upon opening up the box for the first time... the feel of the cold paint against your warm palm as you grip it for the first time... the sound of the graphite scratching against the paper as it makes it's first, smooooth stroke.

UGGGGG. MUST GET NEW PENCILS. MUST DO IT NOW.
